still haven't won anything!!

i entered sweepstakes every night for two months practically for an hour and still have not won a thing!! i must be extremely unlucky. Of course went all out for christmas with the decor, here are some highlights....

new obsession- scientologists- very scarey

Well it started with looking up Giovanni Ribisi an actor I saw in a movie, then saw his brother-in-law was Beck. How interesting. So reading further found out that the Ribisi's and Beck are all second generation scientologists. Beck had denied his Scientology connections until 2005, probably knowing it may have hurt his career. http://www.lermanet.com/beck/ So reading more found some very scarey facts about scientology.

One of the things I've learned reading about Scientology is apparantly scientology claims to "cure" homosexuality. One of their success stories is John Travolta, although this recent photo of him kissing a guy http://www.idontlikeyouinthatway.com/pictures/20060831/travolta%20gay/travolta.html They also get members to "audit" their lives and tell everything they've done they record this and use as blackmail to keep members in scientology. Also found articles on how children of scientologists are treated, very sad in the Travolta family because son is autistic which is seen as a sign of weakness and he has not received the help he needs.

I feel so sad for the folks that are taken in by this cult and especially the children who have no say in their involvment.

I've wanted a dwellstudio bedding for awhile, this is one of the ones I craved. They've been on Design Republic site for awhile http://www.designpublic.com/ but like everything on there expensive!

So what does smart Target do? Get DwellStudio for Target! Damn target is freaking smart. I heart them big time. It's not as chic but for the price wow!

winged monkey

My mom originally collected the entire set of madam alexander Wizard of Oz dolls for me from Mc Donalds. My family has never collected toys or any fastfood objects but she just though they were so cute and I agreed! They are adorable. I have them in my cube and my friend at work told me she was going to collect them now because they are back. I looked at the list of dolls and saw they now have the winged monkey...I wante it bad and today she surprised me with a happy meal complete with winged monkey. Dang those monkeys scared me to death when I was a kid, my little doll is so cute.

Last night Punk and I stayed up till midnight seeing how many Elivs songs we knew. Punk is fabulous she 1. can curl her lip 2.sounds like Elvis 3.knows all the words to some of his songs I'd never heard; one about a dog named Shep, one about Daddy don't cry, her memory was amazing.

my sister is obsessing about palin's 5th pregnancy

was it really her's or her daughters? According to my sister either Palin is nutso or she's lying. Supposedly her water broke a month early, she knew the baby was down's syndrome already, she boarded a seven hour flight then drove to her town to deliver. Also mysteriously her daughter was out of school for 5 months during that time with 'mono'. Hmm?

I hear scarey republicans

I've avoided the news for 8 years so I wouldn't have to be talked to like a kindergartner by Bush Jr only to hear Palin stringing together all american platitudes and pretending as if they equal a real opinion or thought. Then to make matters worse others are nodding as if she just made sense. Then I look at the t-shirts, stickers, banners about Palin at cafe press and they are very scarey!

obsessing about caylee still

Everday I expect casey anthony to be arrested or admit to killy caylee. I also think her grandparents are going to wise up. Obsessed with wondering if the grandparents really know and wondering how they could believe her outrageous stories. Her brother seems too smart to believe her and his own investigation should have led him to truth. I listened to 3 hours of police interviewing Cindy and Lee. Yep I'm CRAZY!!!
